La Chouffe is a top-fermented amber colored beer which ferments right in the bottle. Only local spring water from "La Cedrogne' is used to create the clinical clean taste of the Achouffe beers. unpasteurized and unfiltered, and no additives are used in their manufacture. The alcohol content is 8% by volume. Brewed in Achouffe since 1982.
