From the 1700s through the early 1900s steamboats were used to transport people and produce the length of Seneca Lake. If there were passengers at a dock a white flag was flown during the day and a red flag in the evening. Amber Lager is a malty, full-bodied Vienna style lager. Its strong malt flavor and aroma arise from generous amounts of Vienna and Caramel malts, complimented by a delicate aroma of Tettnang and Hallertau hops.
